My goal is to help you create a restorative space that supports you.

I’ve always been deeply attuned to the way spaces make me feel— when a room feels calm and grounding, and when it feels overstimulating or draining. Over time, I became fascinated by why certain environments support us while others leave us feeling depleted.

It turns out our surroundings shape us more than we realize.

There are decades of research showing that light, layout, materials, and our connection to natural systems affect us psychologically and physiologically.

Good design isn’t just aesthetically pleasing, it’s biologically supportive.

Having a deeper understanding of the ways our environments affect us, I decided to focus on using design as a way to create restorative spaces that support our nervous systems and help us thrive.

what drives my work?

Today, many of us spend most of our lives indoors and increasingly disconnected from nature.

I believe the benefits of nature — calm, clarity, restoration— should not be reserved for vacations or luxury homes. They should be part of everyday life.

To rewild is to restore what has been domesticated or disconnected. Through intentional design, we can rewild our spaces, and in doing so, reconnect to the parts of ourselves that feel grounded, supported, and alive.
